Bread Pudding
Ingredients
Stale bread slices - 6
Eggs - 4
Milk - 2 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
White sugar - ¾ cup
Butter - 30 g
Raisins - ¼ cup

Directions
Step 1
Cut bread into smaller pieces and put into baking pan
Step 2
Drizzle melted butter and sprinkle raisins onto the bread
Step 3
Whisk milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Step 4
Pour mixture over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until all bread is covered and soaking up the liquid.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and the top springs back when lightly pressed, about 45 minutes at 175C.
