Fudgy Brownies

Dark chocolate - 100 g

Butter - 57.5 g

Sugar - 50 g

Brown sugar - 50 g

Eggs - 1½

Salt - ⅛ tsp

Vanilla extract - ½ tsp

Flour - 37.5 g

Cocoa powder - 17.5 g

Butter - 115 g

Brown sugar - 100 g

Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Flour - 75 g

Dark chocolate - 400 g

Butter - 230 g

Sugar - 200 g

Brown sugar - 200 g

Eggs - 6

Salt - ½ tsp

Vanilla extract - 2 tsp

Flour - 150 g

Cocoa powder - 70 g

Butter - 345 g

Sugar - 300 g

Brown sugar - 300 g

Eggs - 9

Salt - ¾ tsp

Vanilla extract - 3 tsp

Flour - 225 g

Cocoa powder - 105 g

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175C. Grease and line a square pan.

Step 2

Melt Chocolate and butter together.

Step 3

Beat sugar, brown sugar and eggs together until pale and doubled.

Step 4

Add salt and vanilla.

Step 5

FOLD in chocolate mixture.

Step 6

Sift in flour and cocoa powder and gently FOLD in then add chopped chocolate.

Step 7

Bake for 25-30 minutes
