My mum's recipe. She calls them "Audra" biscuits.

Ingredients

Butter - 250 g
Sour cream - 380 g
Flour - 3 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Sugar - 5 tsp
Egg - 1
Quantity multiplier

Directions
